Job Description
We are looking for a Process Engineer to help establish and maintain operating parameters for plant equipment, provide technical support to production, maintenance, and process teams, and oversee the proper functioning of manufacturing lines.

Requirements

  • Put safety first - Always!
  • Develop and implement processes and procedures for the function of plant equipment
  • Provide technical leadership to the Production Supervisors, Process Technicians, and maintenance team members
  • Lead project and process development
  • Pursue capital projects based on a cost-benefit analysis
  • Work with other departments on capital projects or improvements
  • Utilize Problem-solving expertise to address process, equipment, materials, quality, and EHS issues
  • Regularly lead teams using Continuous Improvement tools
  • Presents findings from CI/Lean events to senior management
  • Mentor junior engineers
