Role OverviewThe Process Engineer is responsible for identifying, developing, implementing, and documenting process improvements in the manufacturing process. They support Operations, Maintenance, and QA to ensure that all production and quality standards are met.
What You Will Do
Identify and develop process improvements, provide hands-on technical support, troubleshoot equipment, and resolve procedural issues.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering with a concentration in Mechanical, Industrial or Manufacturing
- 3-5 years of documented Engineering experience in a manufacturing environment
- Extrusion coating experience is an asset
- Web handling experience preferred
- Six Sigma experience as Green or Black Belt is an asset
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office suite
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills
