Role OverviewThe Process Engineer position is responsible for implementing product or part designs into production, planning, scheduling, predicting, and managing all technical tasks to ensure accuracy, proper resources, and quality from start to finish.
What You Will Do
Create and manage project timelines, lead regular meetings with stakeholders, complete technical documentation, design/develop internal processes and tooling, develop work instructions and testing plans, ensure compliance with customer specifications, and work closely with cross-functional teams.

Requirements
- Four-year Engineering degree
- 0-5 years' experience in product development, process and tooling development, and transition to production
- Technical project planning and management utilizing APQP (Advanced Product Quality Planning)
- Solidworks or equivalent 3D modeling
- Generation of PPAP (Production Part Approval Process) documentation, Gage R&R analysis, PFMEAs, Capability analysis
- Root cause identification and technical problem solving
- Leading teams to deliver results across multiple, concurrent projects
- SPC (Statistical Process Control)
- Knowledge of measurement equipment and methods: CMM, Faro or Romer Arm, Datums
- Principles of GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing)
- Metal finishing, stamping, fixture design (racking, trimming, inspection, welding)
- Lean Manufacturing, and Six Sigma
- Error proofing processes
- Ability to communicate clearly with suppliers in written and verbal means
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations
