Job Description
Reynolds American is evolving into a global multi-category business. We are looking for a Process Engineer to join us on this journey. Your key responsibilities will include owning and monitoring all processes related to assigned area of MO manufacturing, developing and conducting studies for enhancements/improvements to safety, quality and operational efficiency, and designing tests and analyzing data to summarize findings for equipment and processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, Science or related field
  • 2+ years of progressive experience
  • Previous experience in process control, statistics or information technology
  • Strong interpersonal skills; Problem solving skills, risk-based decision making
  • Strong computer, written and oral communication skills
  • Expertise with Microsoft Office, data systems, and essential computer applications
  • Demonstrated expertise evidenced by relevant certifications (IWS, Kaizen, CQE, Six Sigma etc.)
  • Ability to work independently and make decisions with minimal oversight
  • Results oriented with the ability to prioritize and multi-task to meet manufacturing and contract reporting deadlines
