Role OverviewSupport shop operations to facilitate a safe and productive process in accord with the Mercedes Production System (MPS).

Develop systems to improve process capability, perform process capability studies, and investigate process/product problems.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related area
- A minimum of three (3) years' of relevant professional experience in automotive engineering or equivalent engineering experience
- Working knowledge of MS Office
- Very strong problem-solving skills in a cross-functional team environment
