Process Engineer

Requirements

• Develop, optimize, and scale manufacturing processes for capacitor production
• Define end-to-end process flows
• Design, write, and execute detailed test plans
• Plan and conduct Design of Experiments (DOE)
• Work directly with the capacitor manufacturing team
• Analyze test results, identify root causes, and translate findings into actionable process changes
• Generate clear, thorough documentation
• Support the insertion of new or modified processes into the manufacturing line
• Use standard materials and process characterization tools
• Collaborate closely with materials scientists, manufacturing engineers, and technicians
• Independently troubleshoot complex process and materials issues
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
