Requirements

  • BS or MS in Industrial, Manufacturing, or Mechanical Engineering
  • 3+ years in process, operations, or manufacturing engineering
  • Expertise in Lean, Six Sigma (Green or Black Belt), SPC, FMEA, root cause methodology (5 Whys, fishbone, 8D)
  • Proficiency in ops-engineering artifacts: process flows, SOPs, FMEAs, project charters, kaizen reports
  • Strong written communication skills for encoding reasoning into deterministic rubrics
