Role OverviewThis role supports safe, stable, and reliable plant operations by applying process engineering principles to monitor unit performance, troubleshoot operational issues, and maintain accurate process documentation.
What You Will Do
Conduct technical evaluations, process calculations, and basic simulations to troubleshoot operational issues. Prepare and maintain process documentation such as P&IDs, operating procedures, process descriptions, and engineering calculations.
Why It Might Be a Fit
The Process Engineer contributes to Process Safety Management activities, participates in root cause investigations, and collaborates with Operations, Maintenance, and other engineering disciplines to drive performance improvements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or relevant Science
- 0 – 5 years relevant engineering experience
- Experience in a PSM environment
- Working knowledge of chemical engineering fundamentals, data analysis, and technical documentation
- Familiarity with P&IDs/PFDs and basic PSM elements (MOC, PHA participation, action‐item follow‐up)
- Ability to collaborate effectively with Operations, Maintenance, and Engineering teams
