Role OverviewThe Process Engineer will apply their technical knowledge and operating experiences to troubleshoot and resolve process related issues in a timely fashion for safe, stable, and optimized plant performance. The engineer will seek new ways to improve the operation by identifying process improvement opportunities and executing approved projects with innovative and cost-effective solutions.
What You Will Do
Troubleshoot problems within the Methanol and Ammonia manufacturing facilities, monitor performance of processes, identify ways to optimize performance or to ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations, and participate in the development and management of area plant improvement projects.

Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering
- 2+ years of experience preferred
- Experience preferred as plant owners’ employee in a continuous process industry, preferably chemicals or oil refining
- Transportation Workers Identification Credential (TWIC)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel
