Job Description
Prysmian is the world’s leading manufacturer of wire and cable. The company is seeking a Process Engineer to initiate, coordinate, and implement manufacturing process improvement initiatives within the Bare Wire and Covered Wire Value Streams.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Materials/Polymers Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related engineering field.
  • 6 years of experience in process driven, continuous manufacturing operations.
  • 5 years of experience in electrical wire and cable.
  • 5 years of experience with process control and new product introduction technologies.
  • 5 years of experience leading high performance work teams.
  • 5 years of experience in project management.
  • 5 years of experience in Lean Sigma Tools implementation.
  • 5 years of experience cultivating relationships and alliances across internal and external boundaries.
  • 5 years of experience critically evaluating, synthesizing, and interrelating information from internal and external sources when solving problems and making decisions.
