Job Description
V-Soft Consulting is currently hiring for a Process Engineer for our premier client in Austin, Texas. The Process Engineer will be responsible for translating optimized processes into functional and non-functional specifications, working with product teams, documenting workflows, designing optimized processes, and providing data-driven recommendations to improve process efficiency and reduce waste.

Requirements

  • Six Sigma Black Belt certification
  • Lean certification (preferred)
  • 8 years of experience in process engineering, operations optimization, or business process improvement
  • 5 years of experience in evaluating current state processes and optimizing processes
  • 1 year of experience in specifying software system requirements to design improved solutions
  • 1 year of experience in leading process transformation initiatives in large organizations
  • 1 year of experience in proficiency in process modeling tools (e.g., Visio)
  • 1 year of experience in strong facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • 1 year of experience in operational metrics, workflow optimization, and cross-functional team collaboration
