Role Overview

The Process Lead - Commercial job designs, implements, and manages optimal process solutions for processes to enable best in class operations and meet growth and efficiency goals. This job performs process management activities, including designing, documenting, and optimizing processes, monitoring process performance, and recommending continuous improvement measures.

What You Will Do

Key responsibilities include designing process strategies, ensuring process standardization, harmonization, and simplification, and monitoring process performance. The Process Lead will also engage with stakeholders to align the implementation of process strategy and key process initiatives.

Requirements

  • 4 years of relevant work experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Finance, Marketing, Economics, International Business, Accounting, Entrepreneurship, or work experience equivalent
  • Experience with end-to-end commercial processes
  • Demonstrated track record of identifying, prioritizing, and delivering initiatives that improve efficiency, effectiveness, customer experience, risk management, or cost performance
  • Strong partnership and communication skills with the ability to influence leaders and drive alignment across business, technology, and functional teams without direct authority
  • Experience leading strategic initiatives from opportunity identification through execution, adoption, and value realization
