Role OverviewThis position is responsible for supporting daily operations on a specific assembly line, assisting the supervisor with planning, assigning and directing work assignments, while achieving quality and safety standards.
What You Will Do
The Process Lead I will interpret Master Production Schedule, JIT reports, Kanban containers, etc., to determine area requirements, monitor production standards and quality control measures, and work with the supervisor to prioritize staffing assignments based on current Training Matrix.

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Computer familiarity and experience
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints
