What You Will Do
The Process Management Engineer will have a key role in designing, planning, and implementing manufacturing processes, equipment, and ensuring continuous improvements in all areas of operation. They will be responsible for operational excellence through simulating smart object models, programming task-specific tools, analyzing data, and optimizing resources.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, Business Administration, Supply chain, Information Technology
- Experience in simulation and model building
- Demonstrated knowledge about manufacturing processes in a steel producer/processor industry or similar manufacturing environment
- Project management skills needed (i.e. project plan development and tracking, issue resolution, risk mitigation, metrics development and tracking)
- Proficiency in MS Office products
