Role OverviewAs a Process Operator, you'll play a vital role in manufacturing and handling raw materials and finished products in our facility. You will operate equipment safely and efficiently while maintaining high quality standards in a fast-paced, continuous operation environment.
What You Will Do
Key responsibilities include operating mechanized equipment safely, troubleshooting equipment issues, monitoring operations, sampling and testing materials, and performing physically demanding tasks.

Requirements
- Willingness to work in varying environments (hot/cold, noisy, with carbon black exposure)
- Strict adherence to safety and PPE requirements
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Ability to climb stairs/ladders, bend, reach, push, and pull
- Availability to work rotating shifts, weekends, and overtime as needed
