Job Description
Freeport-McMoRan is a leading international mining company seeking a Process Operator Trainee to support Operations and/or Maintenance groups. The successful candidate will be trained to operate industrial processing equipment safely, perform area housekeeping, and assist with maintenance activities.

Requirements

  • Three (3) months experience in one of the following areas: Mining/Manufacturing, Industrial Operations, Commercial Construction, Commercial Landscaping, Commercial Agriculture
  • Completed academic and practical competencies required
  • Ability to understand and apply verbal and written work and safety-related instructions and procedures in English
  • Ability to communicate in English with respect to job assignments, job procedures, and applicable safety standards
