Process Quality Assurance Engineer

The Process Quality Assurance (PQA) Engineer will work in the Quality department to take responsibility for the process quality assurance of laser wafer production and transceiver module manufacture to compliant specification and requirement. The PQA engineer needs to collaborate with quality control engineers and the production engineering team to address quality issues and implement corrective actions.

What You Will Do

Develop and implement quality control processes, analyze manufacturing data to identify trends and root causes of defects, design and execute validation protocols, conduct risk assessments, and lead initiatives aimed at improving manufacturing efficiency and reducing waste.
