Job Description
The Process Technologist will be responsible for process development, standardization, and improvements in processing, as well as promoting the professional competence of the cross-functional team through daily activities, training, and support.

Requirements

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement product formulations
  • Collect and analyze operational data and trends to develop improvement plans
  • Developing, evaluating, implementing, and maintaining Thermal Processing programs
  • Support deviation analyses and recommend product dispositions as needed
  • Serve as subject matter expert and provide technical assistance to optimize thermal processes and resolve issues
