Job Description
The Processing Supervisor plays a key role in executing assigned processing tasks, supervising daily production operations, and ensuring adherence to production schedules, quality specifications, and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
Minimum GED or High School Diploma required, associate or bachelor's degree in related field preferred
Minimum of 5+ years as a Processor in the dairy industry
Supervisory experience and skills, including training, performance evaluations, shift scheduling, and daily safety briefings
