Role OverviewThe Division of Traffic Operations' Automated Enforcement Unit seeks to hire three (3) Principal Administrative Associate Level 2 who will serve as a supervisor overseeing the red light, fixed speed, mobile speed, bus lane, and MTA's ACE bus lane camera operations processing unit. The successful candidate will supervise and be responsible for camera technicians who review camera footage of proposed violations and approve or reject them.
What You Will Do
The AEU Processing Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the issuance process of all Notices of Liability (NOLs) for red light, bus, speed camera, weigh-in-motion, and the MTA double parking, bus stop, and bus lane violations. The candidate(s) will perform random quality assurance checks, prepare statistical reports, and troubleshoot technical issues as they arise from the staff.

Requirements
- baccalaureate degree from an accredited college and three years of satisfactory full-time progressively responsible clerical/administrative experience, one year of which must have been in an administrative capacity or supervising staff performing clerical/administrative work of more than moderate difficulty
- one year of administrative or supervisory experience as described in '1' above
- education and/or experience equivalent to '1', '2', or '3' above
