Role OverviewServes as the initial contact for retirement inquiries from employees, providing customer service and ensuring employees gain an understanding of the necessary steps needed to retire. Provides clerical support for Human Resources-Salary and Information Systems administrators.
What You Will Do
Responds to phone calls and emails, directs employees to or delivers needed documents and information, maintains a tracking system for all retirements, and completes and sends retirement letters to employees.

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in a clerical or human resources related area
- Considerable knowledge of Microsoft Office, specifically Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power Point; and Google Apps
- Excellent customer service and organizational skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and communicate clearly and concisely
