Role OverviewThe Procurement and Inventory Specialist is responsible for ensuring the timely and cost-effective procurement, availability, and control of raw materials needed to support production. This position manages supplier relationships, purchase orders, inventory levels, material requirements, and delivery schedules while helping maintain accurate inventory records and minimizing shortages, excess inventory, and production disruptions.

Requirements
- Associate or bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Logistics, Operations, or a related field
- 2–5 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, inventory control, materials management, or supply chain operations
- Experience purchasing raw materials or manufacturing components preferred
- Experience working with an ERP/MRP system such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Epicor, Infor, or similar
- Strong Microsoft Office Skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent organizational and follow-up skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a deadline-driven manufacturing environment
