Job Description
Carter Machinery Company is hiring a Procurement Assistant to coordinate and support purchasing activities. The role involves vendor onboarding, purchase order processing, RFP coordination, and contract management.
Requirements
Strong knowledge of purchasing procedures, vendor management, and sourcing practices.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
Familiarity with ERP systems; experience with CODA and Microsoft Dynamics (D365) a plus.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Familiarity with procure-to-pay process.
