Role OverviewThe Procurement Cost & Compliance Senior Specialist is responsible for supporting procurement governance, cost control, pricing transparency, and compliance management across the organization. This role serves as an independent control function within the Supply Chain organization, focusing on supplier quotation evaluation, procurement compliance review, commercial term assessment, and Price Committee administration.

Key responsibilities include Price Committee Administration, Supplier Quotation & Cost Analysis, Procurement Compliance Review, Contract & Commercial Review, Supplier Price Database & Cost Transparency, and Risk Identification & Reporting.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Engineering, or a related field, and 3–5 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, cost analysis, supply chain analytics, contract management, internal audit, or manufacturing cost control.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Engineering, or a related field
- 3–5 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, cost analysis, supply chain analytics, contract management, internal audit, or manufacturing cost control
- Experience in manufacturing environments preferred
- Automotive, battery, energy storage, or industrial manufacturing experience preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis tools
- Experience working with ERP systems (SAP preferred)
- Knowledge of procurement compliance, supplier quotation analysis, and commercial review processes
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Mandarin bilingual capability preferred
