Role OverviewAs a Procurement Manager supporting CIS, you will play a critical role in ensuring the timely acquisition, tracking, and delivery of IT hardware, software, licensing, and services that support enterprise operations. You will manage the full procurement lifecycle while maintaining compliance, accuracy, and financial accountability.
What You Will Do
Manage end-to-end procurement of IT hardware, software, licensing, and services in accordance with acquisition policies and financial controls, track procurement requests from initiation through delivery, and maintain accurate status, funding, lead time, and risk records.

Requirements
- 6+ years of related experience
- Bachelor's degree in an IT-related field, or 10+ years of relevant IT experience in lieu of a degree
- Active TS/SCI clearance with a favorable polygraph
- Strong knowledge of IT procurement, lifecycle management, acquisition workflows, and vendor coordination
- Ability to interpret technical requirements, collaborate across engineering and cyber teams, and ensure that procurements meet operational and security needs
