Role OverviewThe Manager, Procurement Operations provides overall direction and guidance to the procurement activities of the organization. Provides strategic leadership and management to individuals supporting procurement projects, programs, and systems. Develops and implements long and short-term strategies to achieve financial and savings targets.

Responsible for supporting the Company strategy including growth, savings, and transformational initiatives. Develops departmental strategies to align with enterprise targets. Ensures targets are achieved and needs are also met.

Requirements
- A bachelor's degree in engineering, Business or Logistics or equivalent fields
- Minimum of 7 years experience with minimum of 3 years leading large programs and/or teams in a matrixed environment
