Role OverviewThe Procurement & Project Development Coordinator supports project development, procurement, project coordination, and documentation management to help residential remodeling projects move smoothly from design through construction.
What You Will Do
Conduct existing condition field measurements, document project sites, research products, gather and organize information required for design development, support design documentation and design support activities, place and track approved orders, coordinate with client, vendors, and suppliers, track client selections and approvals, follow up on outstanding project decisions and procurement items, coordinate deliveries and material logistics, maintain visibility of outstanding procurement items.
