Job Description
A rapidly growing industrial services company is seeking a Procurement Manager to support its expanding operations. The company provides specialized electronic and industrial equipment repair solutions to customers nationwide. The Procurement Manager will be responsible for managing purchasing and sourcing activities across multiple operational departments, sourcing electronic, industrial, and hard-to-find replacement components, and building and maintaining strong vendor and supplier relationships.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, Economics, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in procurement, purchasing, sourcing, or supply chain management
  • Experience working within industrial, manufacturing, electronics, or repair environments preferred
  • Strong negotiation, analytical, and vendor management skills
  • Ability to research and source difficult-to-locate components or materials
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through
  • Proficiency in Excel and purchasing/reporting systems
  • ERP system experience preferred
  • Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
