Role Overview

The Procurement Specialist will support industrial engineering, Engineering, Procurement, & Construction (EPC), and EPCM projects as part of our Project Resources Team. This position may be considered as a hybrid role with occasional project travel, supporting the project managers, engineers, construction managers, and other project team members.

What You Will Do

The Procurement Specialist will support the full procurement lifecycle for equipment, materials, and subcontracted services, including developing and managing Requests for Proposal (RFP), Requests for Bid (RFB), and Requests for Quote (RFQ), analyzing and evaluating bids and proposals, and preparing bid tabulations and recommendation-for-award documentation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Project Management, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience
  • Experience supporting procurement activities on EPC, EPCM, industrial, manufacturing, energy, or infrastructure projects
  • Experience preparing and administering competitive bid packages
  • Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills
  • Ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary project environments
