Role OverviewAs a Procurement Specialist, you will support the full procurement lifecycle for equipment, materials, and subcontracted services on EPC/EPCM projects. This role may involve occasional project travel and supporting project managers, engineers, construction managers, and other project team members. You will be part of our Project Resources Team and will have increasing responsibility as you develop in your role.
What You Will Do
Your main day-to-day responsibilities will include developing and managing Requests for Proposal (RFP), Requests for Bid (RFB), and Requests for Quote (RFQ), participating in supplier and subcontractor market engagement and prequalification activities, and coordinating procurement packages and procurement-related project activities.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Project Management, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
- 5 years of relevant experience
- Experience supporting procurement activities on EPC, EPCM, industrial, manufacturing, energy, or infrastructure projects
- Experience preparing and administering competitive bid packages
- Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills
- Ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary project environments
