Role OverviewPeraton is seeking an experienced systems Procurement Specialist to join our national intelligence program. The Procurement Specialist will identify procurement needs, conduct market research, negotiate contracts, and manage supplier performance.

Responsibilities include identifying procurement needs, conducting market research, negotiating contracts, preparing and processing requisitions and purchase orders, and tracking and reporting key functional metrics.

Requirements
- Active Top Secret/ Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) clearance with ability to pass a Poly clearance
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience with a bachelor’s degree
- Proven work experience as a procurement specialist or manager
- Knowledge of sourcing and procurement techniques
- Talent in negotiation and networking
- Good knowledge of supplier or third-party management software
- Aptitude in decision-making and working with numbers
- Experience in collecting and analyzing data
- Strong leadership capabilities
- Ability to work independently and take initiative to do what is needed to achieve learning goals
- Demonstrate the ability to communicate with individuals at many different levels from within and from outside of the organization
Benefits
- Target Salary Range: $66,000 - $106,000
- Overtime, shift differential, and discretionary bonus in addition to base pay
