Job Description
Flagstone Foods is seeking a Procurement Sr. Manager to lead enterprise-wide sourcing strategy and purchasing execution for various raw material categories across manufacturing plants. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience in direct material procurement or category management within food or CPG manufacturing.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in purchasing, supply chain, business, or equivalent years of experience
  • 10+ years of progressive experience in direct material procurement or category management within food or CPG manufacturing
  • Advanced negotiation and contract management skills
  • Strong analytical, financial, and forecasting capabilities
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, multi-site manufacturing environment
