Role OverviewThe Produce/Asst Dept Leader is responsible for creating an outstanding customer experience through exceptional service, establishing a safe and clean environment, and achieving sales and profit goals. They will also be responsible for monitoring all functions and duties related to the Produce department, demonstrating the company's core values, and promoting trust and respect among associates.
What You Will Do
Responsibilities include promoting trust and respect among associates, communicating company and department information, establishing department performance goals, training and developing associates, creating an environment that enables customers to feel welcome, and implementing a department business plan.
