Role OverviewThe Produce/Dept Leader will implement company policies to achieve maximum sales and profits in the produce departments, demonstrating the company's core values. They will develop customer relations, handle customer complaints, and make recommendations regarding hiring and training of produce department personnel.
What You Will Do
The Produce/Dept Leader will be responsible for supervising all aspects of salad bar operations, maintaining personable and clean appearance of departmental people, and planning, organizing, directing, and controlling the activities of the produce department.
