Role OverviewThe Produce/Dept Leader will be responsible for implementing company policies, developing customer relations, and maintaining a clean and neat appearance of the department. They will also supervise all aspects of salad bar operations, direct the receiving, storing, pricing, and merchandising of produce products, and maintain required records and reports.

The Produce/Dept Leader will be responsible for developing maximum customer relations, being alert and assisting in store security, handling customer complaints, making recommendations regarding hiring and firing, and maintaining personable, clean, and neat appearance of departmental people.
