Role OverviewThe Produce/Dept Leader will implement company policies to achieve maximum sales and profits in the produce departments, demonstrating the company's core values. They will be responsible for supervising all aspects of salad bar operations, maintaining good communication with store personnel, and planning, organizing, directing, and controlling the activities of the produce department.
What You Will Do
The Produce/Dept Leader will develop maximum customer relations, be alert and assist in store security, handle customer complaints, and make recommendations regarding hiring and evaluating produce department personnel. They will also supervise salad bar operations, discuss working schedules with the store manager, and maintain a personable, clean, and neat appearance of departmental people.
