Role OverviewAs the Produce & Floral Specialist, you will be the store's point person for produce, floral & gift center department excellence, ensuring product freshness, merchandising accuracy, and compliance with food safety standards. Ensure all produce, floral & gift center products meet freshness and quality standards, execute planograms, coordinate with department leadership, verify deliveries, and support front-end operations during peak business times.

Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in retail, grocery, restaurant, or hospitality operations
- Strong attention to detail with organizational skills, ability to multitask, and work at a fast pace
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Retail, culinary, and/or grocery experience
- Experience with electronic shelf label systems, inventory management technology, or AI-enabled retail tools
