Role OverviewJoin US Foods as a Produce Inspector to work directly with warehouse management to address food safety concerns, maintain records, and make recommendations on dump and damage and repackaging.
What You Will Do
Perform daily inspections of incoming fresh produce deliveries, inspect inventory, and ensure compliance with USDA guidelines. Communicate with buyers and warehouse manager, document temperatures, and perform daily quality inspections.

Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum 1 year Produce experience (Foodservice, Retail, Grower/Shipper) or similar
- Ability to operate electric pallet jack
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Ability to lift 50 lbs.
- Ability to sit and stand for long periods of time
