Role OverviewSupervise and ensure that Lowes Foods guest service, merchandising programs, and departmental operation is maintained in the produce department. After training, Bench Department Managers are expected to fill a Department Manager role within 30 miles of their home.
What You Will Do
Ensure guests receive polite, friendly service from the produce/floral department staff, achieve budgeted sales and profits for the produce/floral department, maintain desired level of inventory and supplies, and perform product preparation, receiving, conditioning, stocking and guest service as necessary.
