Role OverviewThe Training & Execution Sr. Specialist leads and develops a team of Training & Execution Specialists through clear communication of expectations, demonstrating what good looks like, and instilling accountability for performance with a continuous improvement mindset for all areas of the assigned department.
What You Will Do
Responsible for consistent execution across all assigned fresh departments at all Festival Foods locations. Creates and establishes, communicates, and executes standards for guest helpfulness and product availability, follows up on guest comments.
