Job Description
PlayStation is seeking a Producer to support new team members through production from pre-production to ship and into live support. This role focuses on building strong relationships, clarifying plans, proactively resolving issues, and ensuring projects align with overall goals. The Producer will work collaboratively with Product Owners and lead the entire process in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

  • Experience in internal games production
  • Exceptional communication skills and analytical skills
  • Comfort with ambiguity and strong critical thinking
  • Proficiency in Project Management tools (JIRA or similar)
  • Teamwork and communication with creative teams
