Producer

The Producer is responsible for the successful planning, coordination, execution, and delivery of assigned projects from initial client engagement through final project closeout. This role ensures projects are executed safely, efficiently, on schedule, within budget, and in accordance with Image Engineering and ImageSFX’s standards for creativity, technical excellence, and client service.

What You Will Do

The Producer will lead projects from initial concept through design, pre-production, onsite execution, and final project closeout. They will develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, coordinate project schedules, logistics, staffing plans, transportation, accommodations, permitting, and equipment requirements, and ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
• Five (5) to eight (8) years of experience in event project management or production as a lead project manager/producer or similar role
• Motivation as a self-starter to manage own workload, self-direction, and problem-solving with minimal oversight
• Experience leading projects with estimated values from $75,000 to $500,00
• Strong organizational skills, including attention to detail and multitasking
• Ability to lead teams in high-stress, fast-paced environments
• Working knowledge of, or ability to learn, entertainment industry technologies
• High emotional intelligence, utilized to communicate differently and effectively with clients, internal team members, contract employees, and external vendors
• Computer skills: macOS, Microsoft Office Suite—especially Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Experience in event planning, event production, live sports game-day production, or theater is a plus
