What You Will Do
Design and execute thorough test plans, catch edge cases, document rollout steps, and own post-launch monitoring. Synthesize feedback from customer calls and support tickets into actionable product specs.

Must have hands-on builder mentality, semi-technical skills, and meticulous attention to detail. Nice to have prior experience shipping software products, personal side projects, or a background in puzzles or complex games.
Requirements
- Hands-on builder mentality
- Semi-technical: at minimum, internship experience working closely with APIs, databases, SQL, Postman, or comparable tools
- Meticulous attention to detail
- 0-3 years of experience (open to new grads with a strong startup or technical internship signal)
- SF in-person, 5 days a week (no remote option)
