Role OverviewThe Product Analyst will work with the Product Management team to ensure the accuracy and trustworthiness of the answers provided by the Prism conversational analytics platform. The role involves reviewing and improving prompts, queries, and data structures to improve the platform's understanding of life sciences data.
What You Will Do
The Product Analyst will review prompts, certify queries, and flag errors to improve the platform's accuracy. They will also work with Data Science and Engineering to improve the semantic layers and data structures, and communicate with business owners to understand their needs.
Why It Might Be a Fit
The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in data analysis, data correlation, or similar work, and be comfortable with SQL, semantic layers, and AI tools. They will also have strong writing and speaking skills to explain complex data and AI ideas to business owners.
Requirements
- 3+ years in data analysis, data correlation, or similar work
- Technical without being a software engineer
- Write clear technical requirements for tuning the model, restructuring data, or improving the product
- Documentation: Write down where the data comes from, the business logic behind it, and how it fits together
- Roadmap input: Speak up for data quality during Prism planning
- QA and communication: Set up answer-accuracy test cases with QA each sprint
