Role OverviewThe Product and Engineering Manager leads the development, delivery, and sustainment of the company's technical products, bridging product strategy, engineering execution, production, and field support. This role combines hands-on engineering leadership with strategic product management, ensuring that all products meet customer requirements, business goals, and applicable standards or contractual obligations. Working closely with cross-functional teams, the Product and Engineering Manager defines technical roadmaps, manages project priorities, and integrates customer and field feedback into product evolution.

Translate operational needs and technical concepts into actionable product and engineering requirements. Prioritize features, enhancements, and development efforts to optimize technical and business outcomes.

Requirements

- Strong technical acumen with the ability to communicate complex concepts across diverse audiences
- Experience in product lifecycle management, manufacturing coordination, and field support
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills
- Familiarity with ISO 9001:2015 quality systems and DoD or government contract requirements preferred
