Product and Service Quality Manager

The Product and Service Quality Manager will lead and mentor a team of managers with employees performing a variety of quality functions, driving improvements within the program to ensure teams are prepared for and continuously improving with the goal of zero injuries, zero defects, and zero Foreign Object Debris (FOD).

What You Will Do

Leads process improvement and BPS activities for quality in the 737-Renton factory, leads the day-to-day activities for a group of quality teams in Renton final assembly for the 737 program, and partners with other functions to ensure processes used to manage, develop, and improve areas are effective and integrated.

Requirements

• At least one year of experience in a leadership role (team leader, temp manager, large scale cross functional project/program management, or formal manager experience) OR have completed the Boeing internal course "Exploring Leadership."
• 3+ years of experience in developing and maintaining relationships and partnerships with senior executives, customers, stakeholders, peers, and partners
• 3+ years of experience in leadership role leading teams, initiatives, or projects to meet business objectives and influence change
• 3+ years of experience leading and influencing people in a Quality organization
• 3+ years of experience using Microsoft Office tools (Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint)
• Able to work any shift based on the needs of the operation (shift will be assigned at time of offer)
