Requirements
- Bachelor's degree with an emphasis in Finance, Accounting, Engineering, or a related field
- Progressive experience in manufacturing finance, product costing, and FP&A
- Supervisory experience or demonstrated technical and analytical leadership
- Experience leading cross-functional margin-improvement initiatives
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing cost structures, process economics, and ERP cost flows
- Proficiency with SAP, advanced Excel modeling, and Power BI
- Demonstrated project-management and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Experience mentoring and developing others
