Role OverviewThe Product Data Analyst role sits at the connection point between data, product strategy, regulatory requirements, systems, and day-to-day execution. This role helps Indiana Farmers make informed product decisions, improve implementation quality, and deliver changes accurately and on time.
What You Will Do
The Product Data Analyst will analyze claims, underwriting, premium, profitability, retention, growth, market, competitive, and operational information to identify trends, risks, and opportunities. They will create clear reports, presentations, and recommendations to help leaders and business partners understand product performance and make decisions.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics, insurance, mathematics, data analytics, information systems, or a related field
- Typically, five or more years of experience in property and casualty insurance, product management, underwriting, actuarial, business analysis, compliance, operations, or a related function
- Experience using spreadsheets, databases, reporting tools, business intelligence applications, or data visualization techniques to analyze and communicate information
- Experience supporting product, system, or business changes through requirements, documentation, testing, validation, or implementation
- Strong attention to detail, analytical judgment, business curiosity, and the ability to communicate clearly across different audiences
