Role OverviewAs a Structures Engineer for Dubuque Works located in Dubuque, Iowa, you will support the Small Excavator Structures and Undercarriage Design Development. Collaborate within a cross-functional team to develop structural designs that meet customer needs.
What You Will Do
Support the design and print development for small excavator structures within the product delivery process of new product program, Support physical builds, production launches, testing, and customer field evaluations.

Requirements
- Experience with product development processes
- Strong desire and ability to learn and apply design principals to ongoing design activities
- Experience with 3D modeling tools, such as Creo and Solidworks
- Demonstrated experience and ability to analyze technical data, consider multiple alternatives, and provide data-driven decisions/recommendations
- Demonstrated strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills
- Ability and willingness to travel both domestic and internationally, up to 25%
