Role OverviewThe Product Engineer provides product design and development services, including product definition, design conceptualization, project level development and prototyping management, preventive activities, validation, product launch, and post launch support.
What You Will Do
Provide product development services for new custom and standard products, work with sales, customers and staff to define scope of project and product, apply analytical techniques to develop sound design concepts, and track and communicate progress.

Requirements
- Bachelors of Science in Engineering (Mechanical or Electrical preferred)
- Minimum of 5 years relevant product development experience (automation industry experience preferred)
- Advanced skills in engineering techniques and technical writing
- Completes and constructs technical documentation
- Knowledge of engineering terms and standard engineering techniques
- Intermediate command of communication protocols
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
- Ability to create and edit 3D CAD and 2D drawings.(Solidworks)
